Jannat Zubair, recently evicted from the popular reality show "The Traitors", has shared her thoughts on her departure and revealed her biggest regret. Zubair's eviction came after Harsh Gujral was recruited as a traitor and subsequently voted her out, along with Purav Jha.
Following her eviction, Jannat Zubair expressed that her biggest regret on "The Traitors" was not exposing Harsh Gujral before he could betray her. She stated that she suspected Gujral was the new traitor and wanted to confront him.
"I think I regret the most about that episode when I could not get Harsh out. I was so sure, I told him that night...that I know...Harsh is a recruited traitor. I have told all this," Zubair explained.
She planned to call him out the following morning, confident that she had caught him in just one day. However, Gujral murdered her that very night. "I will have this regret all my life, and no happiness can take away that thing," she lamented.
Despite her regret, Jannat Zubair described her journey on "The Traitors" as "unforgettable" in a social media post. Sharing a picture with the other contestants, she wrote, "What a ride it’s been. Grateful for every moment, every connection, and everything I’ve learnt. Sometimes loyalty costs you the game, but I wouldn’t have played it any other way. The Traitors, you’ve been unforgettable. #TeamInnocent always."
The finale of "The Traitors", filmed at the Suryagarh Hotel in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, aired on July 3rd at 8:00 PM on Prime Video. The show began with 20 well-known personalities competing for the grand prize.
